Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist (Full-time)

Job Description:

Work involves responsibility for maintaining financial records and a complete set of accounts. Work is performed in accordance with established accounting practices and procedures. The employee is expected to exercise considerable independent judgement in solving accounting problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Considerable experience in a system with BS&A.Net computerized governmental accounting and finance software with Payroll and Accounts Payable modules.  

Considerable knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.

Ability to maintain financial records and to prepare financial reports.

Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word (Office Suite).

Considerable knowledge of payroll and accounts payable

Job Compensation

$30.00 per hour
