Home Repair Resources:
State Emergency Relief assists with home repairs to correct unsafe conditions and restore essential services. Eligible home repairs may include repair or replacement of a non-functioning furnace, hot water heaters or septic systems. Visit your local MDHHS office for more information on how to apply: www.michigan.gov/mdhhs/inside-mdhhs/county-offices.

Michigan Homeowner Assistance Fund:
Michigan Homeowner Assistance Fund is a resource for homeowners in the State of Michigan in need of assistance with paying delinquent mortgage balances, avoiding foreclosure, or experiencing a financial hardship. Residents can receive up to $25,000 in homeowner and property tax assistance.
