NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT NO. 267 OF THE PUBLIC
ACTS OF 1976, ENTITLED “OPEN MEETINGS ACT”
Please take notice that the Mayor and Council of the City of
Ecorse, whose principal place of business and whose address is
3869 W. Jefferson, Ecorse, Michigan, and whose telephone number
is (313) 386-2520, for the balance of the calendar year 2012,
will meet and conduct its regular meetings at the dates, time
and place as follows.
All regular meetings of the Mayor and Council of the City of
Ecorse will be held on TUESDAY EVENINGS at 7:30 pm.,
Local Time, commencing January 10, 2012 and for the balance of
the 2012 calendar year will meet on the following dates:

July 10 and 24, 2012 |
| February 7 and 21, 2012 |
August 7 and 21, 2012 |
| March 6 and 20, 2012 |
September 4 and 18, 2012 |
| April 3 and 17, 2012 |
October 2, 16 and 30 2012 |
| May 1, 15 and 29, 2012 |
November 13 and 27, 2012 |
| June 12 and 26, 2012 |
December 11 and 25, 2012 |
Such regular meeting shall be held in the Council Chambers of
the Albert B. Buday Civic Center, 3869 W. Jefferson, Ecorse,
Michigan. The telephone number is (313) 386-2520.
The official minutes of the Mayor and Council of the City of
Ecorse, Wayne County, Michigan are stored in the Office of the
City Clerk, 3869 W. Jefferson, Ecorse, Michigan and are
available to the public for inspection at reasonable times and
under reasonable conditions.
A copy of this notice and all future notices shall be posted by
attaching same in a secure manner in the following places:
- Front entrance of the Albert B. Buday Civic Center, 3869 W.
Jefferson, Ecorse.
- The counter windows of the City Clerk and City Treasurer’s
Office of the Albert B. Buday Civic Center, 3869 W. Jefferson,
Ecorse.
- The front entrance to the Council Chambers on the second
floor of the Albert B. Buday Civic Center, 3869 W. Jefferson,
Ecorse.
Upon written request and payment of a fee to cover the cost of
printing and mailing, the City of Ecorse will send a copy of
this notice to any requesting party.
